This 2-part virtual stewards training series is for new and existing stewards who would like to learn more about the role of a steward, how to identify a grievance, and other tips, tools, and strategies to be an effective steward. We will review the 5 steps of the grievance process, learn to ask the right questions, make requests for information, document the employer, and anticipate the employer’s arguments.

As a perquisite, registrants will be required to complete at least two short self-guided online modules before attending the virtual training. Upon registration, you will receive instructions to log-in for prerequisite modules and zoom links for two virtual trainings.
