In this first of two sessions, member leaders and activists will have the opportunity to practice and develop skills needed for new employee outreach conversations. Training will cover the tracking process, VAN, one-on-one conversations, and best practices for effective new employee outreach follow-ups. Members will also have the opportunity to discuss building their local-level committees in order to create a system that will be reflective of their locals. 

Please note: This is a two-part in person training and activists need to participate on both dates.
