Beyond Signing Cards - NEOs are about more than signing up new members. They’re about building a relationship and moving beyond the formal meeting to creating activists and excited union members. From formalized programs to informal chats, with ideas and tools, participants will talk about what’s working and how to incorporate NEOs into every local.
