This forum aims to provide a platform for Council 57 leaders to engage with the candidates running for State Legislative positions in the upcoming elections.  It is an excellent opportunity for you to hear directly from the candidates about their vision, plans and goals for our State, Communities, and the workers we represent. During the forum, each candidate will have the chance to present their ideas and answer questions from the audience. This interactive forum will allow for us to gain a better understanding of the individuals who are vying for important leadership roles and allow us to make informed decisions when casting votes.  As a leader we strongly encourage your participation in this event as it is crucial for the future of Council 57.  By attending the forum, you will not only have the opportunity to ask questions and express your concerns but also contribute to the endorsement process. Further details regarding the Candidates and the format of the forum will be shared with you in the coming weeks. We encourage you to RSVP and reserve the date on your calendar to ensure your presence at this significant event, the ZOOM meeting information link will be sent at a later date. We are committed to promoting transparency, inclusivity, and member engagement within AFSCME Council 57.  Your active involvement in the democratic process will help shape the future of our union and we value your continued support.
