Members Mobilize to Save Services Slashed in 2010 BudgetGovernor Schwarzenegger begins his last year in office by putting forth an $82.9 billion budget with nearly $3 billion in cuts to health and human services, and salary cuts for our members who work for the state. AFSCME Council 57 members are the providers of essential services to the public , but the state is cutting our programs to the quick.
